How to Cook Instructions

Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.

Pan Fry: Heat an oiled pan on medium-low and cook for 6-7 minutes, gently turning until caramelized.

In Sauce: Pan fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, turning frequently. Bring pan to medium-low heat, add the sauce of your choice, and cook for another 6-7 minutes.

Cooking time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165F.
