Sausages Cooking Instructions

One of the most important players in the BBQ arena, sausages are known for their grill marks, versatility, and juicy flavour. It takes a deft hand to get ‘em just right, and with these videos, you can master the art.

Smokin' Bangers

How to Cook Instructions

Grilling: Remove plastic casing. Grill for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally. For best results use a basting liquid. We like to use 50% BBQ Sauce, 30% rootbeer, 20% oil, salt and pepper. Baste the bangers each time that they are turned to ensure that they stay moist and delicious. Ensure bangers are piping hot before serving.

Oven: Set oven to 375C remove plastic casing and then brush with oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 10-12 minutes turning halfway through the cooking time. You can marinate the bangers beforehand with your favourite marinade for a different flavour each time.

Stovetop: Remove plastic casing and then brush both sides of the bangers with your favourite marinade. We like to use 50% BBQ Sauce, 30% rootbeer, 20% oil, salt and pepper. Cook for 4-6 mins turning halfway through the cooking time to baste. Ensure bangers are piping hot before serving.


Very British Bangers

Pan fry: Heat an oiled pan on medium-high and cook for 8-9 minutes, turning frequently.

Grilling: Preheat grill to 500F. Lightly brush sausages with oil and grill for 8-9 minutes, turning halfway through. Cooking time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165F.

Not recommended: boiling or microwaving.


Cajun Sausages
