Stuffed Beast

I actually thought it was ok, but my family didn't care that much for it. Too bad, they are getting it for Christmas as well. That being said, they thought it was too dry. And yes, I did cook in a vegetable broth. The only thing I didn't like was that the cheese cloth strings didn't all come off. So, not bad, but not fantastic. I would buy again though
because it is a good option when you don't eat turkey.

This was an excellent centerpiece for our Thanksgiving dinner. Our 16-year-old meat-eating son even said he liked this better than real turkey! Ordering another one for Christmas right away!

It was a generous size and had nice texture and good flavors! Great addition to our family Thanksgiving meal.

Loved the stuffed beast. Big hit with everyone. Think that next time I will make some kind of sauce or gravy to go with it.

I've been vegetarian for a few years and usually just make due at Thanksgiving with sides in a meat eating home. One of my daughters is now vegan and a picky eater. I ordered Stuffed Beast after reading online reviews. It arrived on time, packaged well. It cooked up easily and we not only had a wonderful "beast" while the others ate turkey, we had "beast" sandwiches for a few days and they were amazing. She's already asked for "beast" again for Christmas. Couldn't be happier.
