Use our plant-based cheese blocks like you would cheese. Because they’re made naturally firm with oils, they melt and are very versatile:
- Slice when cold for crackers and sandwiches
- Use as a creamy spread when softened to room temperature

Once opened, store it in our breathable wrap in the fridge for up to 5 weeks. Do not refreeze.
As soon as you order, our bean butchers prepare your package in an insulated box with non-toxic ice packs and send it to the deep freezer before shipping.
